In the mountains a group is not a question of seats but of luggage. Eight people fit in a van — eight people with skis, boots and suitcases may not.
So for group bookings we ask about the equipment first and the headcount second. Depending on the answer we use a larger vehicle or two cars in convoy, so nobody rides with a suitcase on their lap.
The price is per vehicle and fixed in advance.
When two vehicles are the better answer
With more than eight people and winter luggage, a convoy of two vans is usually more comfortable and no more expensive than a coach, because both can drive right up to the accommodation — a real advantage on narrow mountain roads.
Split arrivals
If the group arrives on different flights we either plan a collection window at the airport or several trips. Both work; we price both options for you in advance.
What we need
Headcount, number of suitcases, number of ski and snowboard bags, arrival times and flight numbers, destination address. That settles the vehicle planning.
Children
Child seats are provided free of charge, but we need ages and numbers. For school groups and clubs, please tell us who the responsible adult is.

How many people fit in one vehicle?
It depends on the luggage. With winter equipment we plan more conservatively than the seat count suggests.
Is a coach cheaper?
Not necessarily. Two vans reach the accommodation and are more flexible on mountain roads.
