What we need for a quote
Pickup and drop-off address, date and time, number of passengers, luggage and sports equipment, and — for airport pickups — the flight number.
With those details you get a binding price. Without them we can only estimate, and estimates change later; that is exactly what we want to avoid.
Response time
We normally answer the same day. In high season it can take a little longer on changeover days, which is why booking a few days ahead pays off.
Urgent cases
If you are already travelling and something changes — flight cancelled, luggage delayed, the group split up — send us a short message with the reference number. We will rearrange the pickup.
