How we process your data
This policy explains which personal data Taxi Stanton Ontime processes, for what purpose and on what legal basis. It follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1Controller
Taxi Stanton Ontime is the controller for the processing of personal data on this website.
For any privacy question you can write to booking@taxi-stanton-ontime.at.
2Data we process
When you book: first and last name, e-mail address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off address, date and time of the ride, number of passengers, and optional details such as flight number, child seat or notes.
When you visit the site: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and operating system. This data is generated technically and is needed to operate the site securely.
3Purposes and legal bases
Booking data is processed to perform the transfer contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Access logs and security records are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Invoicing and accounting data is processed to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4Recipients and processors
We share your data only where it is needed for the ride or required by law: with the driver or partner company performing the transfer, with our hosting and e-mail providers, and where applicable with the payment provider, our accountant and public authorities within the limits of the law.
We do not sell or rent your data.
5Transfers outside the EEA
Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, data is transferred only under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses.
6Retention
Booking data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as statutory retention periods require.
Access logs are normally deleted within a few weeks. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once handled, unless a retention obligation applies.
7Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to booking@taxi-stanton-ontime.at.
8Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data infringes applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
9Security of processing
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (TLS). Access to booking data is limited to the people who need it to carry out the ride or to invoice it.
Payment card details are never stored or logged on our systems.
10In-vehicle camera recording
Where a vehicle is equipped with a camera, it is used solely for the safety of passengers and driver. Recordings are accessible only to authorised persons and are deleted after a short period unless an incident must be documented.
