Terms and Conditions
Taxi Stanton Ontime · Last updated: January 2026
These terms apply to every transfer booked through the Taxi Stanton Ontime website. By booking you accept them.
1Scope
These terms govern the use of the website and every transfer contract between Taxi Stanton Ontime and the customer.
Differing terms proposed by the customer apply only if we have accepted them expressly.
2Booking and contract
A booking sent through the website is a request. The contract is formed when we confirm the booking.
We may decline a booking, in particular where there is no availability, where details are clearly incorrect, or where misuse is suspected.
3Prices and payment
Prices are shown per vehicle and per route and include statutory charges unless stated otherwise.
The price stated in the confirmation is binding. Extra services, waiting time beyond the agreed allowance and changes to the route may be charged separately.
4Waiting time and flight delays
For airport pick-ups we monitor the flight status and adjust the pick-up time, provided the flight number was given.
For other pick-up points a reasonable waiting time is observed. If the passenger does not appear and cannot be reached, the service is deemed performed.
5Cancellation and changes
The following periods apply: more than 48 hours before pick-up, full refund; between 48 and 24 hours, 50%; after that, no refund.
Change requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
6Luggage
The number of pieces of luggage depends on the vehicle class and must be stated when booking.
Oversized luggage, sports equipment and animals must be announced in advance. The passenger is responsible for valuables carried in luggage.
7Passenger obligations
Passengers must wear seat belts throughout the journey and follow the driver's safety instructions.
Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. The driver may end the journey if behaviour endangers safety.
Damage caused to a vehicle intentionally or through gross negligence is charged to the person responsible.
8Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.
Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this type of contract. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or the consequences of missed connections.
9Governing law and jurisdiction
The law of the company's place of business applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
